Info: Adds Extra Global permissions for Creating Albums, Social Groups, Joining Social Groups and Posting Visitor Messages, Social Group Messages and Picture Comments, Plus Group Messages Privacy.

vBulletin Options > User Profile: Album Options

1. Max number of albums (Limit the number of albums users may create.)
2. Minimum Posts to create Albums (Minimum post count in forum that a user must reach before they can have albums.)
3. Minimum Posts To Post Picture Comments (Minimum post count in forum that a user must reach before they can post picture comments.)

1. Minimum Posts to Post Visitor Message (Minimum post count in forum that a user must reach before they can leave visitor messages.)
